If you’re looking for an easy, family-friendly day out in Perth, Perth Zoo is one of the city’s most popular attractions. Set in South Perth (just across the Swan River from the CBD), it’s a relaxed, walkable zoo with a great mix of Australian wildlife and international animals, plus plenty of shaded paths, cafés, and picnic spots. Perth Zoo is open from 9:00am until 5:00pm every day, including all public holidays.
